Ocean Meadows, a regulation 9-hole course, located between UCSB and the Calle Real
Marketplace, is 3,241 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par 36. The course is 
surroundedby numerous trees and cut by Devereaux Creek, which drains into the Goleta Slough.
While Golfing you can see herons, egrets, geese, hawks as well as numerous other birds.

Designed by David A. Rainville, ASGCA/Harry Rainville, the Ocean Meadows golf course opened in 1963

The practice area includes a putting green, chipping greens and sand bunker. Private lessons are available from Dixie Eckes LPGA and Ron Longoria teaching professional.
